1. Eligibility Check – During application, your education, career achievements, and certifications in real estate, asset management, property development, or related fields are reviewed.

2. Sign Up & Enroll – Confirm your enrollment in the DREAM program.

3. Onboarding & Orientation – Access guided videos introducing the platform, AI tools, and support ecosystem.

4. Experience Portfolio Assessment – Submit professional documents (e.g., real estate investment portfolios, project reports, policy papers, leadership certifications) mapped to Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs).

5. AI Validation Interview – A short session with our AI avatar validates the authenticity and relevance of your submitted portfolio.
